Healthy Heads/ASCLA Mental Health Webinar

For decades, workplace safety across transport, warehousing and logistics has focused on protecting people from physical harm. But there’s another side of safety that deserves just as much attention: mental health.

Ahead of R U OK? Day, the Australasian Supply Chain & Logistics Association (ASCLA) and Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds (HHTS) are bringing industry leaders together for a free webinar exploring Mental Health in Supply Chain & Logistics.

ASCLA CEO Steven Ballerini will be joined by HHTS CEO Naomi Frauenfelder for an unhurried, one-on-one conversation about the mental health of the people who keep our supply chains moving.

The session will explore what the data tells us about mental health across the industry, why the nature of transport, warehousing and logistics work can take such a toll, and what leaders can do to create healthier and safer workplaces.

The conversation will also look at practical actions leaders can take, common pitfalls to avoid and how organisations can know whether their efforts are making a difference.

The webinar is designed for anyone who influences working conditions across the sector, including managers, business owners, HSE and WHS professionals, HR teams, supervisors and frontline staff.

Join us online Tuesday, 8 September 2026, from 10.30am to 11.30am (AEST). The webinar is free to attend, with live moderated Q&A, and will also be recorded for everyone who registers.
