CeMAT 2024 Recap

Last month, at the Melbourne Exhibition & Convention Centre, Healthy Heads attended CeMAT, the largest intralogistics and materials handling show in the country.

Once again, Healthy Heads was invited to be the Charity Partner for this year’s event and as part of the partnership, Healthy Heads had a stand at the for the three days and was given the opportunity to hold a panel session at the Knowledge Theatre. Additionally, Healthy Heads was the recipient of proceeds from the Forklift Championships.

One notable participant in the Forklift Championships was the team from Krost Furniture. They not only secured sponsorship to represent their team but raised $4,000 for Healthy Heads. To top it off, they even won the competition! Healthy Heads would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Krost team for their remarkable contributions, and a big congratulations on their success!

Another highlight was the Panel Session held on Day Two, titled Managing Team Wellbeing within an Industry Evolving with Automation and AI: How to Build Resilience, Understanding and Adaptability. The session saw Healthy Heads CEO Naomi Frauenfelder, LabourForce Managing Director Regan Brown and TMX Senior Director Jamie Dixon speak about the unique challenges currently facing the industry and what leaders/managers can do to support their teams.

A huge thank you once again to CeMAT for inviting Healthy Heads to be Charity Partner in 2024.
