Final Release of Free Mental Health Training Courses

Thanks to funding from the NHVR’s Heavy Vehicle Safety Initiative, Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds is proud to offer its final release of free mental health training courses. 

These courses are designed with a focus on small and medium businesses, particularly those in regional areas. 

Based on feedback from the industry, Healthy Heads has transitioned all courses to an online format, making it easier for a wider audience to participate. This change ensures that more individuals can access essential mental health training, no matter where they are located. The courses are delivered by expert organisations such as Lifeline Australia, Black Dog Institute, Mental Health First Aid Australia, Steering Healthy Minds, and AP Psychology & Consulting Services. These industry-tailored courses are designed to build understanding and reduce stigma around mental health.
