Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds to champion mental health at Brisbane Truck Show

Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds (Healthy Heads), the industry-led not-for-profit foundation committed to improving mental health and wellbeing across the road transport, warehousing, and logistics industries, is proud to confirm its participation in the 2025 Brisbane Truck Show.

As the largest event of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere, Brisbane Truck Show provides a vital platform for Healthy Heads to engage directly with thousands of industry professionals, raise awareness of mental health challenges, and highlight the practical tools and resources available through its national programs.

Attendees are encouraged to visit the Healthy Heads stand (253) to explore the organisation’s initiatives, access information, and speak with team members about fostering mentally healthy workplaces across the supply chain.

“The Brisbane Truck Show is the biggest and most influential gathering of our industry, and we’re proud to be part of it,” said Healthy Heads CEO Naomi Frauenfelder.

“It’s vital that we continue to break down stigma and make conversations about mental health as routine as checking your vehicle before a trip. This show gives us the platform to engage directly with the people we serve – drivers, depot teams, and business leaders, and share the simple steps everyone can take to look after themselves and each other.”

In addition to the stand, Healthy Heads is also honoured to be the Official Charity Partner once again for this year’s Brisbane Truck Show. As part of this partnership, visitors can support the work of Healthy Heads by taking part in the 50/50 Charity Raffle. One lucky winner will receive 50% of the total funds raised, which are being raised for Healthy Heads to continue their vital work in the industry.

Funds raised through the raffle will help expand Healthy Heads reach and impact, including:

  • The delivery of free mental health and wellbeing training to workplaces across the transport and logistics sector
  • Support for the ongoing development and accessibility of the Healthy Heads App, which provides mental health tools, check-ins, and resources for workers on the go
  • The continuing of awareness campaigns that reduce stigma and encourage open conversations about mental health.

Tickets for the raffle will be available throughout the Show at a range of price points, making it easy for everyone to get involved and contribute to a healthier, safer industry.

The Brisbane Truck Show runs from 15 to 18 May at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.
