Our annual R U OK? in Trucks and Sheds day was again a big success with over 70 businesses holding events that were attended by over 3,500 people.

R U OK? in Trucks & Sheds is a partnership between Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds and R U OK? which aims to build awareness of mental health and empower workers within the transport, warehousing and logistics industry to have meaningful conversations with the workmates and ask ‘are you OK?’

R U OK? produced four case studies with transport and warehousing representatives which gave a means for participants to gain greater understanding of mental health in the workplace.
